Coronavirus (COVID-19) precautions, office changes at Cornerstone

Due to the spread of COVID-19, Cornerstone Apartments is taking precautions and has implemented protocols to keep residents and team members safe and healthy. Day-to-day operations at Cornerstone and your building will continue as normal with these exceptions:

• THE OFFICE IS CLOSED
Unless by appointment; Residents who want to make an appointment should contact their Portfolio Manager directly, by phone or email. Lease questions and other inquiries will only be addressed with your Portfolio Manager or Assistant Portfolio Manager.

• EMAIL IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION
You can contact our main office line for appointments at 303-333-1999, but your calls will be transferred to the Portfolio Manager. Right now, email is the most effective form of communication for our office; we can serve you best that way.

• MAKE RENT PAYMENTS ONLINE
We strongly recommend making all payments online through the RENTCafe portal. Checks and money orders will only be accepted via the rent drop box located to the left of the main office’s front-door entry.

• MAITENANCE TECHNICIAN PROTOCOL
To keep residents and maintenance technicians safe and healthy, we have updated work order procedure. All maintenance technicians will wear respirator masks and gloves when completing work orders (don’t be alarmed). The tech will call before getting to the apartment to notify residents of the updated maintenance protocol.

• AMENITY SPACES ARE CLOSED
We closed all amenity spaces and commons areas at the building. These spaces include,  but aren’t limited to: gyms, rooftop decks, patios, coffee stations, etc. Laundry rooms, mailrooms, parking garages and bike rooms will be open and available to residents.

 

We developed these protocols for dealing with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to protect our residents and staff while balancing our responsibilities.

To make sure we are in compliance and exercising best practices to protect employees and properly serve residents, Cornerstone established a direct point of contact with the Department of Public Health & Environment at the City and Couty of Denver. We are working together on this, and as the situation evolved, we’ll continue to adapt policies and procedures accordingly.
